While we sleep the body is working to heal and repair itself, packing up toxins to leave your system. Today is a tough day.  Visions of "hard core" ALL DAIRY Ice Cream with Red Velvet Cake dancing in my head.  ​

SELF: You Deserve it, go ahead.
OTHER SELF: Nope, that's not loving You Best!

Which Version will win today?  The Stress Self or the Part that desires to grow in LOVING YOURSELF.
Today the "Love Yourself" wins. 


I'm choosing that all "Blue Berry" with Kefir Smoothie instead.   It's not always easy but it helps when there is no ice cream in the freezer! You don't want that temptation conveniently located in your house☺  

I want to leave with this quick tip that helps me in my "Daily Walk" to live my best "healthy" life:  "Don't buy "full size" versions of your non-healthy cravings, only "ONE SERVING" size.  That way, you can keep that "appetite" in check!
