Okay, Women of God! Let's Go! Do you remember the "Get in Shape Girl" workout sets when you were little. I do, and boy, I could sure use it now! LOL! We know that nothing substitutes for true inner beauty, but God doesn't want us to stop there. He wants us to take care of our bodies so that we are in perfect health. We need to be at our best for ourselves, our God, and our family.
